This boutique hotel used to be the private Residence of a wealthy local! Beautiful grounds.

We stayed at the room with the in-room spa. It was a wonderful experience the way we were greeted. Very friendly staff. Our room wasn't ready so they invited us to use our all-inclusive benefits right away while we waited. We had lunch by the beach. It was good but not as fancy as I thought for a Zoetry hotel. Either way, the staff was wonderful all around and made the experience nice. When our room was ready, we were impressed with the view. However, when the night came around, the room had a very funky smell next to the headboard. We requested to be moved. They were so helpful and nice about the move. Very responsive staff. The new room had a better view and we were able to have fun! Our room was cleaned daily and they did a great job. Room service was also included with the all-inclusive but it did take a while. We had a lot of fun. My best memory was the walk-up pool bar. The bartenders were super chill. I did have a bad memory, however. They asked if we wanted a significant discount at the spa massages and we were offered a one hour and thirty minute presentation for find out if we wanted to be part of their membership program. The first person was cool and gave us very valuable information about the program. However, at the end I had to be rude and tell them multiple times I didn't care for it. They didn't seem to want to take no for an answer and feel bad for people who aren't me that can get suckered into that membership if it's not convenient for them. Got the spa!

There were 2 restaurants and 1 bar plus room service. We ate solely at the resort. Some foods were better than others but there were still a good amount of options to choose from. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the huge pillows. Internet access was great throughout the whole resort. The transportation access was a bit lacking, not too many times available and it was pricey. The service was amazing. All staff! From the concierge, pool staff, restaurant staff, house keeping, food service!

This was the best vacation experience we have ever had and we have been to many hotels and resorts. We came for our 25th anniversary and it was amazing! All the bartenders and wait staff were the best and a special shout out to Jaime and Andrei for all the poolside activities, tequila tasting, salsa lessons, tortilla making class, bingo. Also the morning yoga offered everyday was awesome! We will definitely be back with our 2 grown kids next time!!

Everything about the resort was great, but the food was not very good. This may just be my personal taste, because other people appeared to be happy. The staff was wonderful, and our room looked better than some people's apartments. Better food options would help make this resort better.

From the moment we arrived, the person checking us in named Robert was very snarky and condescending with us. We booked our trip through Expedia so we were under the impression we had already paid for half of the room. Instead of him, explaining it to us, he was very disrespectful. We were able to sort everything out, but it left such a terrible impression on us as this was our first trip to Cabo. Once we got into our room, our tub was dirty. We ended up not using it. The food takes a minimum of 40 minutes to an hour to receive your appetizer. Our first dinner there we had to wait one hour to receive the wine we ordered and to receive our first appetizer. My fiancé had proposed to me hours earlier on the beach and we had advised them that we were celebrating something special. They forgot our dessert and the food took so long, We decided to leave. When we ordered room service, they forgot to bring us our order and we fell asleep waiting. On another occasion, we ordered room service, It took two hours to receive it. The property is not that packed so we never understood why it took so long.They have three different restaurants and the only restaurant worthwhile is the pool bar restaurant. There is a server there named Erik who was incredible. He was the only saving grace in that place. The food is very basic and not worth the almost $700 a night to stay there. We were so disappointed. The stay there ruined what should have been a magical five days and being newly engaged.
