We had a wonderful stay at Zoetry. The property setting is beautiful and the resort itself is very well maintained. The service was excellent across the board, especially from Javier at Saltwater. The room was well situated and clean. Staff were courteous. We enjoyed the activity coordinator at the site. Food varied. We enjoyed the dance/music dinner show. Unfortunately we left behind a phone and glasses in our cab to the airport. A staff member was able to retrieve them, but then had to send them to us personally on their own time ($150 US). We thought it odd that the hotel did not have a system in place to return items. However we were glad when the items arrived a week later.

Our experience at Zoëtry was truly top-notch. The property and amenities were immaculate and felt genuinely luxurious. The pool was fantastic, and the coffee shop was a great added touch. Nelly at the front desk was exceptional - those small, thoughtful details she added really made our stay special. She’s a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. The only opportunity for improvement would be more variety in the food options. Clearwater is a very good restaurant, and the in-room dining choices were also appealing, but additional variety would elevate the experience even further. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Zoëtry.

Our only complaint is that the food quality wasn’t amazing and that there are only two restaurants which can get a bit repetitive after 3+ nights.

Very quiet and the staff was very friendly. Oscar's service by the pool was excellent, Juan was a great and friendly poolside bartender! Jamie's energy and friendliness was great with the activities around the pool!
