very bad hospitality, we took our time leaving our room and got the police called on us for not leaving at exactly 11:00 lol it wasn’t even 15 minutes after 11 and we got 3 phones calls from the desk and already threatened to get the cops called on us when we literally were being very compliant and communicating we were grabbing our things. not to mention we got charged $50 from our $100 deposit that should have been refunded lol we were being very compliant and got treated terribly also not to mention on the day of check out for two hours early in the morning the man working the hotel with his wife was also threatening other guests right next to us to also call the cops to … what a joke scam place lol. very suspicious and don’t really care about the $50 but never have been treated so terrible by someone with clearly an ego problem and a stick up their bum. even the cops thought the man was a joke. do not stay here also the pillows on the beds are so flat have fun if you wanna sleep on cement lol

The smoke-free environment was a major plus, and the property was mostly clean. My only concern was the restroom, where I noticed mold or some kind of black residue in the sink and coming from the faucet. I also feel the front office staff could benefit from customer service training. Arriving late and without my ID (I'm from out of state), I was hoping for some understanding, but I was met with a lack of flexibility. Finally, the way items were handled at the end of the transactions felt unprofessional.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The man who seemed to be the owner — I’m assuming based on how he kept saying “my rules” — was rude from the moment we arrived and treated us like an inconvenience. The room was filthy, with dust, a dirty fridge, no lamps, and a strong smell of weed, smoke, and damp mildew even though it’s supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. He threatened to keep our $100 deposit for any rule-breaking, yet the room already smelled like someone had smoked heavily inside it. The entire room felt damp and muggy, and there even appeared to be mold or mildew along the bathroom caulking, which is a huge cleanliness and health concern. Everything was extremely outdated, and the towels were supposedly “clean” but had hairs on them, were paper-thin, and barely usable. Housekeeping themselves were lovely and polite, but the owner made their visits stressful by insisting that guests leave the room for 10 minutes if they needed to clean. The next morning, when I said good morning, he didn’t return it — instead he questioned whether we had extra people in the room, even though we followed every rule and had no visitors. It genuinely felt like he was looking for a reason to keep the deposit. For what they charge, the minimum should be a clean room and respectful treatment. I’d strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
