GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Truvi, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.
Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Truvi, our guest screening provider partner. You will receive a separate message via email and text from Truvi with your personal verification link. We require you to complete your verification before your check-in can begin. Your reservation also includes a $35 damage protection policy fee which protects our guests from being charged for accidental damages.
PETS: We welcome your pets! Pet fee is $20 per pet, per night (2 pets maximum. Cats are not allowed). Please message us after you complete your booking to inform us of the number of pets you will bring. If not already included on your reservation, we will send a "pet fee request"/invoice before your check-in day. You will find the "pet fee request" in the Airbnb app and in your email. You will need to "accept" the request before you check-in.

Parking: There is one dedicated private parking space in the driveway for your stay directly in front of the entry gate. Additional vehicles may park on the street.
