The Space:

This charming studio offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, featuring a luxurious queen-size bed with Goose Down Feather and Memory Foam pillows for a restful night’s sleep. The cozy living area with two comfortable chairs provides an inviting space to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and coffee and tea essentials for easy meal prep. Enjoy a full bathroom with high-quality amenities, ample closet space for organization, and entertainment on the Roku-equipped TV. Stay cool with a window air conditioner, and take advantage of building amenities such as an on-site laundry room, dedicated management support, and an on-site representative for a seamless stay.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

Located at 735 S St Andrews Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90005, this studio places you in the heart of Koreatown, one of LA's most dynamic neighborhoods. Enjoy the vibrant local culture with trendy coffee shops, authentic Korean BBQ restaurants, and lively bars just steps away. You're also minutes from popular LA attractions like Downtown LA, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills, ensuring that the best of the city is always within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Koreatown’s central location makes it easy to get around Los Angeles. Public transit options, including Metro stations and bus lines, are conveniently located nearby, allowing you to explore the city without hassle. Rideshare services are abundant in the area, and for those with a car, parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, with additional paid parking lots nearby. Whether you’re strolling through the neighborhood or heading to other parts of LA, this location provides unbeatable convenience.

PARKING:

Please be aware that parking is very limited around the unit. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and fill up quickly.



SUPPLIES:

Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.



APPLICATION AND FEES:

**All guests are required to complete an application, which includes a credit and background check. The application fee is $39.99. Additionally, guests must complete an identity verification process.

**A $1,250 security deposit will be added to all booking reservations. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, less any deductions for damages. It must be paid directly to the host upon booking confirmation and will be returned within 21 days after move-out. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

**All guests must sign a lease agreement directly with the host and agree to all terms and conditions outlined therein.

**Pets are welcome in our units! A refundable $500 pet deposit will be required, along with a pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.

**A one-time cleaning fee of $299 will be added to the first month's rent. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

**Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit. This includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential cleaning and grooming supplies.



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

**Move in after 4 pm.

**Move out by 11 am.

**Early check in/ late check out are each $75 subject to availability.

**This space is non-smoking.

**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
