I was put into a handicapped room for my 5 day stay. I don’t remember requesting it, but the clerk said I did. This room had a dresser with 6 drawers, but no closet, no hooks, no towel rack. The kitchen contained a refrigerator, stovetop, sink, and microwave but no utensils for cooking, eating, drinking or cleaning up. There were two stools at the counter, but only one chair in the living room. The place is within walking distance to the convention center but has gone down hill since last year.

This is definitely a pay for what you get situation. I enjoyed how quick check in was but the upkeep of the hotel was not the greatest. I would suggest to bring towels as they are quite small. A major upside was how huge the room was, even came with a fridge.

Staff was nice, for sure! The room’s floors had a weird greasy feel to them which I didn’t love to walk on. Adding a couch or a table would be nice with all the extra space in the living room! And some complimentary shampoo or conditioner would’ve been appreciated! Also, the TV’s didn’t work :(
