Everything stood out. From the Bellboys, very very helpful, to the front desk, as you enter. And the people, as you check-in and check-out, were all so helpful and courteous! Room was outstanding and clean. A hotel that is pet friendly, which was a plus for us, cause we couldn't find a sitter. Definitely, would recommend your place to friends and family. The room was nice but we were not aware of the renovations until we arrived there. We were awaken by the noise. I called to the front desk, the lady said oh they are working on the front. That was beside the point of be awaken by the noise. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

I was made a lot of false promises, booking here was very stressful. I paid for ocean view I called multiple times regarding my stay to ensure everything was perfect for my boyfriends birthday and nothing went as said. I was given a room with plastic over the window and no view of anything. I will not be staying here again.
