Walking neighbourhoods are rare in Los Angeles. This is one of the few!
This is a very quiet and SAFE and dog-friendly neighbourhood with lots of lush green trees with a view of the Hollywood Sign.
The property is a side by side duplex, the front house which is being offered to rent.
There is a front yard attached to the front unit as well as the Silverlake reservoir is within walking distance with very pleasant parks.
There is a working gas fireplace!
There are two (2) private parking spaces. Street parking is very easy here for any additional cars.
Also walking distance are restaurants and bars like the Red Lion Tavern, Cha Cha Lounge, Zebulon and Gingergrass Pho and Whole Foods Supermarket.
Many other restaurants and markets are a short drive away.
