The lobby was nice but did not match the room. The room we got looked like a motel 6 room and not a luxury hotel as it claims to be. I was very disappointed with the room. Windows are so tiny, they remind me of a prison cell.

We have stayed at Sofitel for over 10 years, and this last stay was just not the same. Seems like the hotel is cutting back on the room being cleaned, services prepared. Went to the restaurant and bought a burger and pizza for almost $70. Which doesn't make any sense, because the menu showed a different price. Not sure if we will be staying there again.

They gave me a room in the seventh roundabout, and it was a bad experience because of schools or a children's entertainment center, and every day I woke up at 8 am because of the children's annoyance Water was ordered, they don't have a service in the middle of the night

The staff wouldn’t replace the tv on the first night. It took 3 separate visits before they finally replaced the tv. The tv would not show a clear image and they insisted that I had done something finally I had security go up as a witness with the technician to see what I was talking about and they finally replaced the tv. Ruined the first night. The manager was defiant as well. The customer is always wrong until you get a witness.
