When I booked this hotel, I was impressed by the positive reviews and appealing photos, unfortunately my actual experience was very different. To start, the pillows were extremely flat, and the sheets were neither warm nor comfortable, they felt stiff, almost like cardboard. The sink became clogged unexpectedly, which was puzzling since we were only at the hotel to sleep and spent minimal time using the facilities. My little sister slept on the couch, which was already uncomfortable, and woke up with bed bug bites. (You can refer to the Google review for photos.) We were told by the front desk that room service wouldn't be available until Sunday, which was the day we were checking out. However, on Sunday room service came in unannounced at 8 AM, opening the door while we were still asleep, completely disregarding our privacy. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised online. I hope management takes these issues seriously to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

This hotel was nice, very quiet, rooms were a good size and beds were comfy. I did have a small issue but when I spoke to the front desk it was sorted. Staff were great and very helpful. Would definite stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Erica the bartender is a favorite, and Isaac was excellent as well. The room was comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the a/c in our room, but the staff was extremely responsive and made sure that it was promptly repaired. We will definitely return to Spring Hill Suites the next time we visit Burbank.
