Booked two beds. Gave us one king and a pull out sofa. The room smelled horrendous like mold. I would follow up with room 523 the carpet smells like it was cleaned and didn’t dry. The light in the kitchen was motion sensored and turned on every time you rolled over. As a side note. This is an old hotel with exterior entrances and stairs. Would not recommend especially to families, people traveling with more than one bag or elderly. Didn’t rate breakfast- didn’t eat.

There was little food left only chorizo which is hard on sensitive stomach and not good for children’s very spicy. no regular menu or scrambled eggs. The room smelled horrible the carpet was dirty there was NO phone and riff raff people in the parking lot we were concerned about having things stolen from our rental car. There were people walking around in the back parking lot on drugs in the morning. There was also No phone in the room which made us feel unsafe also. We generally didn’t feel safe in the Marriott which was the only time ever out of all our stays. On a happier note the staff was WONDERFUL & very helpful and accommodating. They get 5 stars the property does not sadly. It needs a lot of work. Please bring this place up to proper Marriott level standards before word gets out.

Check in was fine. Room was fine. Location and condition of property outside the room was terrible! Dirt, rocks, leaves all over sidewalks. Sprinklers flooded the area which is basically dirt, which created muddy areas on the sidewalks.

The front desk staff was so helpful and nice! Shout out to Andre for being so incredible when my daughter&I arrived so late at night after attending a wedding! He even offered to give us a wake up call so we could make it to our very early flight the next morning! Very impressed with this hotel too…super clean and very close to the Ontario Airport!!! :)

Dirty and falling apart

Absolutely disgusting. My door lock was messed up and the lock randomly and not unlock the barstool chairs had pieces of leather falling off the room smelled awful. There is insects all over the bathroom. I stay at Marriots all the time I have no idea how this is rated a Marriott. The only saving grace was the staff was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was just subpar. Just powdered eggs and these dried out overcooked quiches this property was just very old outdated and not maintained.
