Very clean but in some spots the building age is beginning to show age. Staff is top notch and truly great accommodations. The 2- items holding me back from a 5-star rating are the thin floor/ceiling separation. We heard the overhead neighbor stomping every night at 11:00PM-2:30 AM. The breakfast was only average. No waffle maker. Only bananas out one day for fruit selection, and only BOLD, or decaf for coffee. I prefer medium blends. I will return because the price, space, and location make it worth it. Oh, the parking fee daily is unacceptable in my opinion.

The main issues was that the property was dated and in need of repair. The room smelled musty, the tub had rust stains in it, there was visible water and wall damage in the room. Lastly, the property charges 27.50 per car for self parking which was not disclosed until check in. They even admitted that they have the local police patrol to ticket people without passes. This is NOT a premium parking location. Its simply a money grab.
