This place doesn’t not look anything like the photos. The place definitely shows is old wear and tear. This place looks like an old rundown hotel, that a franchise just took over painted the outside, and kept everything inside the same. If you’re desperately looking for a bed, it will get the job done. But this is not the place for a family trip. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area, full of truckers, construction, supply warehouses, and railroad tracks. But hey.. the staff was nice. My advice, if it’s the place or another spend the extra 20-30 bucks for the nicer spot, with the peace of mind you’ll thank me later.

The ADA room was not ideal. The shower bench was on the opposite wall from the water facet. The shower hose was too short for you to reach. The water pressure was almost zero. The temperature was either too cold or too hot and you could not get a decent temperature. Because of this my wife had to use a small travel bench to shower and could not adequately rinse off the soap and get a safe grip of the grab bars. This resulted in her falling. No broken bones but lots of bruises. Breakfast was just what they had and no other options. Not adequate for diabetics. Although we paid for breakfast for 3 mornings we only ate there the 1st day. Parking security was non existent. There are plenty of Handicapped Parking but they were mostly taken by cars without Handicapped placards or license plates. Employees were very kind and helpful but it seemed they felt they can only do so much to help with reasonable accommodations. Building is old, needs renovations and the halls smell of urine. Sorry, we won't be back.
