It was torrential rain and the hotel did not have umbrellas to give out. They “ran out of them”. Also when checking out I called for my car to be brought around and valet never answered so called the front desk who said they’d talk to valet to bring it around. I went down 5 minutes after and the valet still did not have my car at the front and he had no idea to do so. This almost caused me to miss my flight.

The staff were nice however we called for an extra blanket and waited over 30 minutes before just going to go get it ourselves.
