The location is great and the amenities are equivalent to much more expensive properties. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the Magic Castle hotel to all families staying in LA. It is also 1 stop away on the Metro to Universal Studios.

We had a very short stay, but the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious and feels like old LA. The perks offered are also great additions especially for families with younger kids. Our 6 year old was absolutely sold with the popsicle hotline and snacks. Looking forward to booking here again for a longer stay.

This is a MUST for kid friendly! The staff was excellent!! They have all the things for kids: snacks 24/7, popsicle phone while swimming, hot and need some soft serve ice cream YEP!! It’s not brand new but I would stay there again!! My kids felt heard & seen and it was honestly the BEST hotel for them, they can’t wait to go back.
