I can’t express enough how wonderful my stay was. Kasa Sunset was the perfect loft experience, by far the best place I’ve stayed in LA for work. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, from parking to check-in, and it truly felt like having my own little apartment. The space was beautifully designed, comfortable, and functional. I loved every minute of my one-night stay, so much so that I’ve already booked another visit next week. Thank you to the team at Kasa Sunset! I’m really looking forward to staying again and hopefully snagging a room on the 11th or 12th floor!

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our space. We unsure of how the virtual front desk would work out but it turned out to be easy and efficient. The hotel is walkable BUT that’s of you don’t mind walking 10-15 minutes to get to the main attractions. We didn’t mind, the walk was not unbearable. I would definitely stay here again.

The property itself is pretty good , centrally located. The property had everything we needed. Unfortunately during our stay the bathroom clogged and the estimated arrival of the plumber was unknown, so we had to go to Home Depot to buy a plunger and unclog it ourselves. If you are within the apartment it’s very safe . But beware if you are planning to walk around the neighborhood.

A five-star hotel

I loved the hotel, room, and service overall. The room was excellent and met my expectations. The only problem my husband and I had was with dirty bedding. I tried to replace them, but was told by someone at the virtual front desk that it was after hours. There was no one to bring a clean set of bedding. So, we slept uncomfortably all night, knowing that we were sleeping on something mysterious that someone else had left behind. The next morning, the hotel tried to rectify the situation by reimbursing my early check-in fee. I will stay again.

Good place, if a bit noisy

Overall, this was a nice place to stay. The location is not bad, though it is a bit of a walk to the Chinese Theater and surrounding things to see. It is probably a bit too far if with smaller children. The parking was difficult to see, but based on other reviews and street view on a maps site, that was easily overcome. It is very convenient, but it is pricey. The room itself was nicely appointed and spacious. The bedroom was on the far end from the living area which gave a bit of privacy if the fold-out couch was being used as an additional bed. There were no doors, though. The room we had is actually laid out in such a way that it faces three sides of the building. This would have been a real treat except that we were on the third floor. There's is a building with various business surrounding the Kasa building on three sides. We couldn't see past this building to the surrounding area. Higher floors could have, though (4th maybe, or 5th, and higher). That was a slight negative. The only other real negative was that the road noise was quite loud. There was a highway nearby, but even the noise from the street out front was louder than we expected. Overall, the stay was quite nice, if a bit too loud for our liking.
