I would have thought it was quiet and safe except there was the fire alarm that went off at weird times--the most annoying at 5 a.m. and then the extremely loud "neighbors" in 113 that decided to take it outside and break a glass container in front of their and my door. Cigarette butts were left where the broken glass was.

Arrived in the evening and felt unsafe in parking due to person loitering in the lot and a woman yelling at someone from a room. Staff very rude upon check in. The shower in our room was too dirty to use, also had mold growing in tile. The mattress did not fit the bed frame and stuck out causing me to trip and fall. Will not return.

We booked a stay here for the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. It was OK. Not great by any means, but a place to sleep. Front desk staff were not very personable and the rooms were very basic.

When I arrived the front desk clerk was unprofessional and couldn’t understand a word she was saying. When I got to my room minimal towels and the drapes wouldn’t close and the first night I slept with the outside light blaring in my room. I had the clerk the next day come up to my room and fix it the best he could. Plus they never had cell phone hookups. Will not be staying there again!
