Very clean room, but no fan in bathroom. Restaurants do not have their act together- very unorganized. Do no order room service! We got a salad with 10 small lettuce leaves for $16!! The rooftop was so nice, but half of it was reserved for a special event group, but they only used half of the space. We wanted to come back to the rooftop after and event on another night, but they changed the closing time from 12am to 10pm. Really unorganized! The best part was our Housecleaner for our room!

I was scheduled to check in on Saturday, Feb 14 at 4PM. I arrived at the hotel after 5PM and was told there were no rooms cleaned yet for me to check into. I was finally able to check in around 6PM. I then found out that there were no restrurants for me to have dinner, as they were all booked up that night and there was no room service options. I asked if I could order food at the lounge to take to my room and they said I could, but it would be a 2-hour wait. So I just ordered a pizza and had it delivered!

Hour and a half late check in due to our room not being ready. Boyfriend slipped and fell getting out of the bathtub due to a leak in the shower- water pooled all the way to the front door. Got moved to a room on the other side of the hotel and it was a downgrade- not handicap accessible like our first and the mini fridge was not plugged in. At check out we were told we were offered a sit in shower chair but we declined because we weren't in the room. We were never offered a chair and how could we decline if we weren't in the room. Also said I couldn't access the wifi because I booked through a 3rd party which I have never heard about.
