Since this property is located on Sunset Boulevard, I really wasn't expecting much, especially in light of the decent price. To my surprise and delight, this property was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great with strong pressure and the location was safe. We will definitely return.

Conveniently only a 5 min walk to the Hollywood Palladium and restaurants/bars. There’s a liquor store just around the corner and a Denny’s. Stayed here before for a show and it was great. Parking. Clean room. Easy check in. Staff is friendly. Will definitely be my spot to stay for shows at the Palladium.

Comfortable clean room with easy check-in! We overall felt very safe. It’s a short to the Palladium, plus Roscoe’s is right between the two spots! I would definitely stay here again when planning to attend a show at the Hollywood Palladium.

Beds had burns in the sheets, its smelled heavily of smoke in the room and especially the bathroom. Just one roll of toilet paper so it ran out pretty quickly. Parking was good, no problem finding a space would only say it’s a little bit of a sketchy area just because it’s more into an alley and not the street.
