The staff was very friendly. The room service was quick and the food was good. The only thing I would advise is to explain how the parking lot gate works. I had trouble as well as others. Other than that i enjoyed my stay!

Excellent option for a quick layover in LA. Airport shuttle was very convenient, the driver assisted us with our luggage on and off the bus. Quick check in with friendly staff. On-site restaurants offered good options for dinner and breakfast. I wish we had time to enjoy the pool and patio. Would definitely stay again

Balcony offers pretty pool views. Love that there is a reliable shuttle, and appreciate the option for an extra charge to leave your vehicle parked while traveling. Kids yelling in the pool early morning was awful.

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle. The ruins were clean and the staff were very courteous and quick to respond to any requests. My shower in the room however took a while before it warmed up enough so I had to let the water run for 10 min till it became warm enough. The rooms were not so quiet and I could here the neighbors next door and the places taking off. Overall it was still a good experience. The JW steakhouse was an excellent dining option with good food and excellent service.
