The room smelled so bad, cigarette smell. The bathroom door was punched in, the floor of the shower was so dirty and gross (bring sandals). The furniture selection is as if it was picked up on the side of the street (all different color). This place was just horrible!

I don’t normally write reviews, though I have to state. This is place is awkward. When I went to check in, they needed me to give them $20 in cash in order to get my room. They didn’t charge my card or anything. They needed cash. And when I didn’t have, they just happen to have an ATM which was conviene and yet completely awkward to place me in a position where I needed to dom something not in any way needed. There were no towels in the room. Like none. None to shower with. None to dry your hands with. No towels whatsoever. The two good things, was the staff was nice, and the bed wasn’t too bad. Other then that, this hotel needs some work. A lot of work.

Cockroaches in our room, bathroom, crawling on top of suitcases. No vent in bathroom so you had to open the window which led to an alleyway which was full of homeless people. They tried to get into our room thru the bathroom during the middle of the night while we were sleeping. I asked for handicapped room which they said they had but when we got their, there wasn’t any handicap facilities. Walker doesn’t fit thru bathroom door. No grab bars in shower, no shower seat, toilets are very low to the ground. There is only 6 parking spaces available for 20 rooms. Very awful place. Do not stay here. A very horrible place. Ac only gets cold to 67 degrees. No extra pillows or towels. The manager/owner screamed at my kids for ringing the bell at 3am when we lost our key at Santa Monica pier. She told us to Sleep in our car until morning that’s when the office will be open.

I was staying with my girlfriend in the hotel room when we found a roach crawl under the bed so we went to the front desk to change rooms and they accepted. The next room was even worse with intense pee stains and sweat stains all over the bed, hair on the bed sheets and towels, patched holes in the wall that was fixed with a very sloppy job, white stains on the couch, broken air conditioner, cracked shower walls, broken wall outlets, cracked mirror, and very few immunities and towels in the bathroom. The rude staff that accused me of doing all of the stuff to their room. They raised their voice at me when I informed them of everything in the room when I remained in a very calm manor. Extremely unprofessional. I submitted my refund through Expedia and provided them with photographic evidence of the hotel room.

I checked in at 8pm and left for good at 11pm the girl at reception was nice and professional. But this spot is not that good! Graffiti in the closet. The mirror in the bathroom is shattered and burn marks all over the sink... it's just janky! I mean it was only $100 but still kind of gross
