Really nice place with great views, very close to many attractions and you can walk to the Hollywood walk of fame. Communication with the host very easy they are very responsive and helpful. Definitely a place I would recommend to stay.

This penthouse is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day in LA. The secure parking is extremely convenient, the building's amenities excellent and the apartment's views spectacular. The kitchen is equipped with enough to prepare your own meals and the beds are really comfortable. I highly recommend.

Great penthouse apartment, in a fun and convenient location. Quiet, clean, and in a beautiful building with lots of amenities. But the communication and check-in and checkout processes were inefficient and unnecessarily difficult.

Great location. Property was nice. A little dirty in bathroom around toilet. Strange smell in place. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was great. No paper towels in kitchen. Checkout was awful. Keys were to go in a lockbox. Code didn’t work. Sent messages thru VRBO. Not responding. Called and texted, was told to try other lockbox in different area. No luck. Ended up having to go back up to apt. All in all, took and extra 30 min to check out. Which in LA can make you miss any plans or travel.

We rented this property in May 2026 because of its convenient location and the amenities advertised in the listing. Unfortunately, our experience fell well short of expectations.The listing indicated that the unit included a fully equipped kitchen; however, the oven was not functioning during our stay. I immediately notified the host and was assured that someone would come to repair it, but no one ever arrived. As a result, we spent our entire five-day stay without access to a working oven.While the host acknowledged our inconvenience and then stated that future guests would not encounter the same issue. Therefore, no meaningful effort was made to resolve the problem during our visit. I was also concerned by the host’s apparent unfamiliarity with the property. He suggested that I make sure the oven was plugged in despite it being a built-in appliance with no accessible plug. He also referred to a control knob when the oven was operated entirely through a digital interface.Given the cost of this rental, it is reasonable to expect that essential appliances are functional and that maintenance issues are addressed promptly. The lack of a working oven and the failure to remedy the situation during our stay were both disappointing and unacceptable.Additionally, the checkout process raised security concerns. We were instructed to leave the key fob unsecured in a hidden location near the unit, take a photograph of where it was left, and send the photo to the host.
