You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony with an outdoor sitting area. Enjoy the convenience of a private workspace, complimentary Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and in-unit laundry facilities. Parking is available in the building's private garage. Please note that the apartment is on the third floor, accessible via stairs (two flights).

Please note there is no elevator in the building, and the apartment is on the second floor, accessible via stairs. The coffee shop downstairs is open until 10 PM. If you are sensitive to noise, please consider this when booking.
