My room was left unclean, no clean sheets, no clean towels. When I asked at the front desk, I was told they only clean every 2 days. No where in the reservation was that articulated. There were no signs displayed that the room would not be attended to. There were no signs in the bathroom that the towels would NOT be changed or sheets cleaned. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Very clean and good location. We really only slept there because we got there at 10pm and left by 7am but it was very clean, quiet and safe. Parking was an extra $25 which I did see ahead of time but was hoping they'd not charge since they are in a big (and pretty safe) shopping center where there is tons of other free parking within just a min walk away. Ive stayed here once before and it was clean, comfortable and in good shape. That's why I decided to stay here. We were going to be coming in from a long drive from vegas so I wanted to arrive somewhere very comfortable after the long drive. Would recommend if you can get a good price. Sometimes it's a bit expensive so Ive avoided it on other trips to burbank. Overall great if you can get good pricing and even better if you park in the shopping center or even just on the street to avoid additional $25 parking fee

I was very disappointed this time around and for good reason why. I found a BED BUG! I have stayed at this hotel before. I immediately went to the Lobby and brought this to their attention, at one point receptionist told me there were no rooms to move me mined you this was around 1:00 o’clock in the morning then she said I can put you in a suit, I was going to check out that day. When I checked out I inquired about the room that they needed to fumigate . I killed (1) there might have been more. I took pictures. I was so nervous that one might have nestled on my clothes since I had some on the bed. For guest who will stay at the Court Yard Marriott Los Angeles Burbank on Empire street , PLEASE beware and check the bed throughly
