Early check in was quick and easy and reasonable pricing. I hated the parking space because it was very small and limited. I almost didn’t have a spot to park one night. Also, I was not told that I had to reactivate the key card everyday if I was there more than a day

$12 hour parking fee which is good because the area was a bit sketchy but the rooms were nice I went with my son and husband and had a great time, the food was actually very decent and had a good variety.

Unique is hiring a receptionist who is so unfriendly and unwelcoming in behavior. She should go for a training on how to smile and be welcoming. Just seeing her face makes me want to find another place. The rest of the staff though are very friendly and hardworking. Heads up, the parking eate is not $12 per night all the time. I was charged $35 as I was told that the rate is dependent on any event that is happening around the area.

The AC was loud but worked. A lot of the staff didn't understand English. The breakfast was good and the eating area very clean. The front desk and the lady taking care of the breakfast area were very helpful, spoke good English and we're extremely friendly. The underground parking is secure but the hotel entrance to the parking lot is not secure. The area around the hotel is sketchy is why I wouldn't stay here again.
