AC unit is only in the bedroom, but it can comfort the whole house. The house is gated with a long driveway. There are many supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-10 mins drive. It's about 10 miles to LA downtown, 20 miles to Universal Studio, and 28 miles to Disneyland resort.
