Very Disappointed that we called to confirm that we were in route to Palm Inn Motel and we were told that No rooms were available because they were overbooked. I was told to go to call the site where I booked online and request a refund. We were told to go to the other motel they owned 2 miles away and assured they would honor the price of the room. Instead we were turned away! P
