Was deceived by the rating. Absolutely terrible experience. After checking in, the first room offered had stains and hairs on the sheets. We returned to the front desk to exchange rooms, only to open a room that was already occupied with luggage present. We tried again, three times, each time opening a room that wasn't cleaned after the last guest (ruffled sheets, trash not taken out, etc.). We finally found one that was only mildly stained, spent the night and cancelled the rest of our reservation to book elsewhere. We were willing to accept the last-minute rebooking price hike because this location was that terrible.

First the check In took 7 minutes even though we arrived at 3:00 pm room 115 door didnt open took another 35 - 40 minutes to get another room which was a downgrade from the room we booked that comes with microwave and refrigetor to just a refrigetor staff was was no help manager gave no compensation for the downgraded room I need a full day refund ASAP

The parking was safe. The room was ok, only it would be better if the pillows were fluffier and harder. The room could use a new mattress, this mattress slumped when you lay on it. Also, I got bitten by some kind of bug.

No house keeping! Amenities were not provided. Only one towel kept in the room for 4 people. Had to go and ask for towels and we have to change towels / sheets ourselves by taking them to the front office. Even rubbish bins were not emptied. Wash basin was blocked and when complained I was told there is no maintenance person and they had only provide a plunger to do it ourselves. One of the beds had just blanket and a fitted sheet with no flat sheet in between. Microwave in the common area was not maintained well, always dirty with spilled food. No paper towels to cover food or clean. Never stayed in a place like this. Very bad experience.
