Staff was friendly always willing to help. Place was very clean. Hotel staff kept the place immaculate. Breakfast was great. Free parking cannot be beat. Close to everything, LAX, restaurants, food, downtown LA and Santa Monica. Took us 30 mins or less to every major location. Lots of food in the area and supermarkets. Laundry came in handy as we traveled with kids. Overall a wonderful experience for me and my family.

Room is spacious, clean, and functional. Staff are friendly and helpful, when the fridge was not working, they came to replace a new fridge within 10min. Water pressure seemed a little low as shower was running quite slow. Breakfast has good selection, though the quality could be improved. We had had bad eggs, and the juice machine was not working properly. Overall we had a nice stay, the hotel location is good, and we will come back again.

I was in town for a week for work related reasons and had a good stay here. Rooms are really clean which leads to a goodnight sleep. Used the gym area and wnjoyed that as well.

Check out! The man, Miguel, was rude & kept making sharp comments, he was more concerned with eating than attending to our issues. When I told him he was behaving rudely, he made a face then started to walk away just dismissing me. All while chewing the food he kept rushing to get back to. We had to call him out 3 times. Called to talk to manager regarding my complaint/concerns & haven't gotten call back yet. Don't expect I will. Only stayed here because my family had a good experience last month when we stayed, even though was further from where we needed to be this trip. But, never again! 3 great days ruined by 5 minutes of a nasty man!
