This was my third time staying at this hotel. I used to love it and would recommend it in a heartbeat, but unfortunately, this time was a major disappointment.
I booked two rooms and traveled for 20 hours to get there, only to find out upon arrival (at 1 PM) that there was no running water in the rooms until 6 PM—something we were never informed about in advance. Despite this, the hotel still want to charged us an early check-in fee, even though the rooms weren’t fully functional.
When we returned to the hotel at 7 PM, we were told we’d have to wait until 9 PM to get hot water. I was completely exhausted and had no choice but to take a cold shower, which ended up making me sick for the rest of the trip.
Really disappointing, especially considering how great my previous visits were. I hope the management takes steps to improve communication and service.
