The rooms look nice but once you get inside the cleaning lady's just clean the bar minimum . The floors are dirty and there is trash under the mirror that sits on top of the table and all the furniture is dirty if you look at it up close. The toilet and shower have dirt on them if you slid your fingers across you'll get dirt on your finger and it will leave a trail it's disgusting not worth the money you spend. Only good thing is the Internet and the smart tv but if you don't have a subscription good luck watching anything because the cable doesn't work. Make sure you check your TV when you get in because the first room tv didn't work and apparently it hasn't worked in over a month

This is the worst hotel. One problem after another. Power outlet by bathroom sink (in front of mirror) was out of order. Unable to use hair tools and unable to use the ironing board attached to the wall closest to the broken outlet. I brought it up to reception hoping maybe they had a power strip, they had none. I had to temporarily go to another room to use the outlet their. Very inconvenient. We unfortunately stayed two days, I asked Esperanza (the cleaning lady to please clean our room). We had left the room various times throughout the day, giving them opportunity to do the clean, it never happened. The room was not cleaned at all. Garbage overflowing and beds never made. The closet had only ONE hanger. So I was unable to hang any of my garments. I brought it up to reception and their fix was to hand me ONE additional hanger. Two ridiculously large mirrors in the room, one of which had two large cracks and a large TV placed/hanged right in the middle of the mirror. Also, unable to use hair tools at the broken/blocked mirror. Why?? The room had no bedside lamps. At bedtime, you have to get out of bed, turn off the lights and stumble in the dark back into the bed.
