The host is incredibly communicative and helpful. The property has a great vibe and it’s in an awesome location, plus they allow dogs which is not always easy to find. There are a few updates that would make the house more homey (nicer towels, more kitchen supplies) but overall, this was a great rental.

Hello, This house was a great stay/location for our family trip to Universal studios. The house was very nice, yard kept up, relaxing backyard, area with fountain. The neighborhood was nice and quiet to just take a walk and enjoy the California weather. The host was awesome with communicating with us, even going above and beyond to assist us. If you are looking for an awesome stay for you and your family this place is it, you won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Los Angeles.The location was fantastic close to Universal Studios Hollywood, which was one of the highlights of our trip, and surrounded by so many amazing food spots nearby. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to all the excitement and energy of LA, but still have a comfortable place to come back to and unwind.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Great place to stay! A beautiful home with a lovely private backyard/ patio area. Host was very responsive and answered all my questions before and during my stay. I was able to host a lowkey gathering (with permission from the host) and used the grill for the occasion. Very easy to use! The home was equipped very simple standard items such as cooking and eating utensils, and towels and soap in the bathrooms. Happy with the big clean beds!! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfy.

We stayed here recently on a trip to LA to visit some of the studios, Hollywood, Burbank, and Malibu. Great location if you are looking to stay in the northern end of the LA area. The home is beautiful and the backyard is a wonderful relaxing retreat. Would absolutely stay again!!
