- Owner, Property Management Company, Agent, or authorized representatives may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to show the home to prospective guests, vendors, or buyers. Every effort will be made to coordinate a mutually convenient time.

- Guests agree to maintain the Property in a clean and orderly condition and secure all personal belongings and valuables during any scheduled access, maintenance, or showings. A complimentary touch-up cleaning may be provided depending on circumstances.
