"Reception very good and helpful. If you have a car and only dropping off luggage you must pay daily 7.50euros fee to City for ztl access which is unacceptable. Parking available but expensive if required. Location is excellent. Breakfast very good. Classic Room was a little dated and tired. Room light switches were confusing. Lighting in room was dull and not sufficient. This room is too small and does not accommodate well, 2 large travel bags. Bath tub showers are small and not safe for elderly use. Overall a good choice for tourist accommodation location."
