The property is under renovation. The elevator was not working and we had to take the stairs. The front desk person was very apologetic about the elevator and I felt she was trying to do all that she could, there were no bottom floor rooms available. She did provide us with bottled water to apologize, however we heard from other guests that it often is not working. The breakfast was really nice and Rosa (the woman working it)was the best. She was very attentive and went out of her way to check on everyone.

Hotel is under construction but isn't loud or messy. Room was quiet and comfortable. The bed felt new.

No complaints about the hotel or staff, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again. The pet fee was $50. That’s extreme for a dog that just slept for most of the stay. Lesson learned ask how much the pet fee is before booking a hotel.
