Sweet little Retro motel to stay at on our road trip. Newly remodeled, bright colors, little bright blue fridge /with a freezer for our ice bags, microwave. Little table with two chairs to plan our next trip to. 24/7 security -tons of cameras. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast: fresh water, real orange juice, and waffle maker. Ice machine was great to keep things in our cooler fresh. LuLu’s recommended a great restaurant too - Buckhorn Saloon and Opera House inPino Altos -close to the hotel. A real find in the woods.

The concept is friendly and at least disguises an otherwise very common motel. The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. The lobby is a testament of how very low on people this property is managed. This is not the fault of the very friendly person that received me there but is not a place where you feel too safe with a room right by the street.

Funky, retro motor lodge. The decor is cute and bed is comfortable. Perfect for our brief trip to Silvery City, NM & the Gila. However, AC was very loud (grinding gears) and barely functional. Temperamental shower that is difficult to find the balance between scalding and ice cold. Velvet blanket on the bed (between sheet and comforter) is the absolute WORST texture.
