No the room was very much in need of repair. The handicap bathroom had plaster coming off the wall on both sides of the shower. The handle to put the manual shower head on was broken/missing. The tile at the back of the shower is almost falling off and the corner is black with mold. The step into to the handicap bathroom has a lip on it that is a stumbling block for a person with a walker. The curtains are mismatched. And I realize it is only decorative but aesthetically not pleasing and it fixed should be fixed. The office chair is extremely worn and needs to be replaced. I do have pictures off all the things I have mentioned above. The staff was wonderful! They were very helpful. There are no complaints about them.

People above us had kids constantly running and banging. Called front office and they didn’t seemed to worried but said they would call…the banging continued. Over an hour later called again and the second attendant was just upset as I was. He took care of business and the noise stopped. He then called back to check in.

Although this hotel was a bit older, the room was clean. The beds were new and extremely comfortable. The linens were clean and soft. Many choices for breakfast. Overall it was a good stay.

This Hotel did a 180 degree change from last year . I stayed one year ago & gave it a poor review. We were not going to stay there again, The close alternative hotels elevator was not working. We tried Comfort Inn one more time It was GREAT!! Room was clean, the staff was super!! Like what happened?? Bravo to the Manager!!
