"The cottage was just as pictured on line with beautiful setting areas outside... The cottage had lots of detailed "extras" that made the stay very comfortable. We could hear the guests above us walking around if we were inside during the day but at night .. when sleeping we didnt hear anything.. would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved the little basement apartment. It was homey, clean, nice private access, all the amenities you could think of. The apartment is nicely stocked with snacks, some drinks, all the little things that so many places do not provide and you do not really want to pack for your vacation or go buy either. This was really a great little place for a small family or would be great for a friends getaway. The homeowners and their assistants were very sweet and are near if you need them for anything."

"I hosted a Yoga & Wellness retreat the first weekend of fall. I chose this house based on the aesthetic and it did not disappoint. Such a beautiful backdrop for our event. Kitchen was well stocked and made creating our meals easy. The bedrooms were great. The house was super clean. The outdoor space was perfect for sunrise yoga, afternoon swimming and evening hot tub time and a fire pit wrap up. Check out instructions were so easy. The neighborhood was quiet, and the house felt very private even tho it is right next to other houses. The host was very easy to communicate with and always had quick responses leading up to the event & during. The only thing that could be a drawback is that I didn't realize the amount of stairs. Would not be an easy stay for someone with mobility issues. We all loved our stay! I would definitely stay here again!!"

"The St Elmo house was a great fit for our group of adults and older teens. There was plenty of parking; beautiful porches; a large, well stocked kitchen (plus the downstairs kitchen); lots of seating, and plenty of comfortable beds. It was even better than the listing indicated! Joel was able to accommodate a last minute request we had, and we really appreciated it. Definitely give this house a stay!"
