The room was not as advertised. It reeked of cigarette smoke and the safety bolt did not lock, which was not great since it was not the safest area of Long Island. I wasn't able to stay there with my daughter it was not safe. The front desk offered a refund but never followed through with their promise.

Room had roaches and blood stains. I didn’t even stay one night even though i was booked for the whole weekend but they refused to give me any money back at all.

Ac worked, location decent with restaurants and transportation nearby… rooms updated and biggest I’ve stayed in NY yet walls were dirty so made me think of every place else. Not much amenities…. Front desk helpful (esp sweet Asian lady who kept our luggage for us).

The room was ok. One of the beds had a stain on the sheets. The light in the bathroom mirror didn’t work and the toilet wouldn’t flush consistently. The fire alarm in the hallway went off for no reason which alarmed a few people staying in neighboring rooms. The soap dispenser was in the shower and had no soap in it.

Overall property was convenient if your attending an event at UBS. Rooms were dirty, wallpaper coming off wall with mold. Room smelt like cigarettes and weed my poor daughter and I had to open all windows to try and air it out. No toiletries to shower with at all and very loud. Road is noisy and people outside being loud late at night made it difficult to sleep. Will not be going back.
