This is my private home so I do not allow parties or large groups over the guest max of 8 . Also I do not allow visitors who aren't part of the guest list for insurance and safety reasons .

Pull-out couch and air mattress(matress available upon request only ) ; comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests.
