Clean room , easy check in , very comfortable , bed only accessible from one side so was a little bit of a problem but managed ok ! Next time will ask for a different room ! We wanted some windows so maybe that was the sacrifice 🙏❤️ Staff very helpful , breakfast was a bit sparse when we arrived but everything was replenished when we asked ! Coffee was very good ! All round very happy with our Experience and so will defo stay again ! Thank you

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but this hotel deserves a minus 10. It's an expensive hotel, yet the room was extremely small - it felt like a jail cell with no air or oxygen. There was constant noise from the street, and I never received proper cleaning service. One day I came back tired from a meeting and fell asleep, and they knocked on my door around 3 PM asking if I wanted cleaning. In any decent hotel, room cleaning should happen between 9 AM and 11 AM.

We paid a very fair price for a very quick stay as we literally needed a place to sleep and jet off in the AM. I have to tell you though, this hotel room was disgusting, to be frank. The bathroom had no separation from the shower and soaked the entire floor, toilet and sink which had to be dried by us; I can appreciate efficiency but we found this to be unsanitary and just gross. In hindsight, it would have been worth another $100 to stay in another small place.

Perfect for exploring Soho and nearby areas. Leicester Square Tube station only two minutes walk away as well. Room was even smaller than expected, although I wasn’t in it for much of my stay so not a huge issue, but certainly one which would mean I’d never recommend staying here for more than two nights. Staff great and very helpful.

this hotel was great value for its location, and although from the outside it looks a bit average, once inside it is a really interesting place, with open bars and I think a roof top terrace. However, the room was very compact, no windows, and a wet room which soaked the bedroom floor, sink was impossible to wash or shave in, but the shower was good, so it was a mixed stay, would I stay again, yes because the location and value for money is superb!

Perfect for what I needed.

Fantastic stay. A little noisy until quite late on a Sunday but not the hotel’s fault, the pub opposite had entertainment on until 11:30. Breakfast options were limited to flatbreads and continental despite seeing menus for full English dotted around the hotel.
