I booked a family room which was just what we needed the room was clean good air conditioning plenty of towels in the bathroom. All the staff are friendly helpful and very professional. The standard rooms are somewhat compact, as is to be expected with this style of hotel, offering accommodation at a very competetive price in a prime central London location. We were very pleased with this hotel. the location is great - even though it is right in the middle with a great location to reach all the best tourist spots it is a nice quite corner. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast buffet was great to get our day started. Also loved coming back for the afternoon happy hour - delicious cheese and crackers with great choices of drinks were all included. I would recommend this hotel
