We love this hotel. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the neighborhood is perfect - close to walk to Picadilly shopping but tucked away on a quiet street near the park so you get the best of both worlds. The rooms are lovely. I have stayed here multiple times and will return again.

This has been our “go-to” hotel for twenty plus years. Something has changed on this visit. We arrived only to find water dripping from ceiling in bathroom! Alternative room was next to outdoor bar/seating area — meaning loud. The GM was kind to provide a one night-free apology which, while appreciated, was not the wonderful experience we have come to receive at The Stafford. I hope they can recreate the old beauty of their property since this experience fell far short of historic standards!

I enjoyed my stay at the Stafford very much. I like the location and was able to walk around in Piccadilly, Mayfair and other areas easily. In fact, I walked back and forth to Oxford St. several times to shop and eat. The hotel food was quite good, and I enjoyed my daily breakfast. The best thing about the Stafford is their outstanding customer service. There is not anything they will not do for you. The staff is always friendly, courteous and very respectful. I believe their customer service is comparable or better to the finest hotels in London! If I could grade them I would give them an A+. ,
