If you prefer some privacy from your bathroom you may want to stay elsewhere as the glass box although opaque didn't feel super private but this was clear to us before booking. The room was really lovely despite our hesitation as we hadn't expected to be in the basement and other reviews were not very favourable of basement rooms. We were very happy though and our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for the station and underground lines which was great. We were surprised how quiet it was as there is a lot of building work around the local area but we heard nothing at all! We would definitely stay here again in the future - it is a lovely hotel with really nice staff in a fantastic location.
