The hotel is pretty good for the money you pay, even during the busy season: simple but good breakfast, comfortable bed and great location. But what makes the stay there absolutely incredible is the hotel staff, especially Aika. She went above and beyond while serving us, was very kind and attentive to all requests. Room is clean, location is not super convenient but just 5 mins walk to the metro and 10 mins walk to Waterloo which is not bad. It just disappointed the breakfast supply is impacted due to holiday but understandable and the hotel is offer option to refund so it’s fine.
