Excellent property. Location is great and super easy to walk or grab the bus or train. Breakfast was hearty but during the rush, it is harder to keep up with the demands. Still, great service and very safe. Thank you for a great stay!

Premier Inn London Waterloo - Lambeth Road was an AMAZING hotel for our visit to London! We Loved it so much and are so happy that we chose this location! The hotel is very new and nice, just opened in early 2025. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice! Our room rate was a very good deal. The Location is INCREDIBLE! There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It’s just a nice six minute walk to the Lambeth North Tube Station. There is a nice grocery store right by the Tube Station. They let us drop off our bags early before our check-in time. We want to give a special shout out of gratitude and praise to the Front Desk Employees Shanie, Tonima and Touhid! They were so pleasant, nice, helpful and made our experience a wonderful one! We tried to extend our stay one more night because of flight changes. Unfortunately, they were all booked up. Shanie, Tonima & Touhid were so nice and they let us store our luggage in their storage room after our check-out time until we returned later that evening to retrieve our luggage and head to the Airport! Our stay was wonderful here and we highly recommend this wonderful hotel for your Family and your stay in London! The price, location and nice hotel were an Amazing Deal! Thank You So Much to Shanie, Tonima & Touhid as well for helping us out so much!

Personell was extremly kind and helpful; especially at the reception /bar. We had dinner 2 tzimes in the hotel and it very good from the quality and prices were reasonable. We will book again when we return to London

Apesar de ser uma nova unidade da Premier Inn, continua sendo uma rede ruim de hotéis. Não existe limpeza de quarto, mesmo quando você está em estadias longas - como foi meu caso. Além disso, essa é uma região meio morta em Londres. A estação mais próxima fica a 10 minutos a pé.

Helt ok men kan bli bättre

Bra läge och smidig incheckning. Jag hade råkat boka ett tillgänglighetsanpassat rum som säkert är jättebra om man har behov av det. För någon som är längre än 100 cm och står upp och duschar är det dock omöjligt att tvätta håret då duschslangen inte nådde så högt upp. Vatten sprutade överallt och eftersom man bara fick 1 duschhandduk var och en handduk att dela på fanns det inte mycket att torka golvet torrt med. Det fanns heller ingenstans att hänga handdukarna på tork. Duschdraperiet läckte som ett såll om det hängde utanför badkaret och var så långt att det pluggade igen utloppet om det låg i badkaret. Allt detta är dock som tur är problem som hotellet enkelt kan lösa :) Städning ingår men utförs inte om du inte specifikt ber om det (före kl 12:00 dagen innan) så badrummet kändes ofräscht efter ett par dagar (toalettborste finns ej på rummet). Annars helt ok hotell.
