All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! The location is excellent, we easily walked to major points of interest, restaurants and transportation options. Our room was excellent with a very comfortable bed. The Roof top terrace is lovely, we enjoyed a delicious espresso martini after a long day of seeing the sites. Highly recommend!

The room was beautiful and contained so many amenities. We had dinner in the pub, and it was excellent. We would highly recommend the Grafton Arms. We had an awesome stay.

Disappointed at the lack of amenities and service

We encountered just a couple of staff members, and they were fine and friendly. However, we were told that a manager would be on duty by 8 AM on Sunday to help us bring our luggage down from the top floor. There was no one to be found. Definitely take note that there is no lift! If you are shoppers like us + bad backs, this will be a problem. Also, for anyone who is allergic to mold, the tiles in our bathroom had a mold 🙁

Beautifully decorated, spacious room, good size bathroom with large walk in shower. Bed large and comfortable. Really struggle to think of anything that I didn't like. Lots of little details that made it more pleasurable - such as the magnifying mirror, nice cosmetics, slippers, good coffee and tea, biscuits and crisps. 10 min walk from Euston Station and 20 min walk to Leicester Square - perfect for a night at the theatre. Only criticism I would mention - access to the rooms are via quite steep stairs - so be aware of that - and also, we discovered late at night that if you wanted milk for your tea, it was available from the bar ... but bar was closed so had to do without.

Only drawbacks were the narrow 4 story walk up to our rooms carrying our bags and the noise from the hall was loud when people were there which was not too often.

This is a terrific option for a short stay in London as a tourist. Excellently presented and a more fun option than a bigger hotel, particularly in summer when you want to walk everywhere. Didn’t spend as much time in the actual pub itself but it was certainly a popular spot.

Recommend this place, conveniently located, did exactly what we needed it for. Room was clean and comfortable, little extras like snacks and water were complimentary as well as slippers and robes (should we have wanted to use them). Food is amazing too (try the veggie Thai green curry…..)

Loved my stay at the Grafton Arms and Rooms! Great friendly staff. Would only not recommend the food though. There are a bunch of great places near by! Enjoy drinks at the pub instead.

Very Convenient location! Bed was comfortable and the room was very nice. The only drawback about this priperty is the lack of an elevator. We stayed 5 nights and had a 4th floor room, resulting in many trips a day up and down the stairs.

The Grafton Arms met all expectations. Super friendly staff and modern comfortable rooms (excellent AC!). Great location with access to multiple tube stops and plenty of great dining options nearby. The pub below closes at 10-11, so late night noise is no problem. There is no lift, so the stairs could be challenging for some if you are staying on the 4th or 5th floor.

My room was spacious and comfortable and far enough away from the pub to be very quiet. Pub on the ground floor was welcoming and had excellent food and drink options. Having a roof terrace was a great bonus. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Location was fabulous with two tube stations very close by and the area around the pub was bustling with pub and wonderful shopping options nearby. The neighbourhood was lovely and very walkable with many London attractions within walking distance. Price was comparatively very reasonable. The Grafton Arms greatly enhanced my short visit to London and I would happily stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone.
