Room was available early so was an added bonus, location is really good and staff were very good. Watched the World Cup final in the hotel bar where the food was good and food and drink prices were good especially for a hotel, overall very good experience.

From the front desk to the café, every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and attentive to detail. What an absolute gem of a hotel! Great location and such a beautiful building. From the minute we walked in the staff were really friendly and attentive and then when we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised by the size and amenities. Fab little coffee machine, nice biscuits, great steamer & hairdryer, as well as a lovely, comfortable bed and beautiful shower. We will definitely stay here the next time we stay in London.
