The Space:
The front door leads to the upper ground floor of the house, which is occupied by the stairwell and large living room. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, smart TV & terrestrial channels. At either end of the living room, large sash windows flood the space with natural light, exposing the lovely warm colour of the wooden flooring.
The lower ground floor boasts an enormous kitchen/dining area. The bespoke kitchen units have been cleverly crafted to the unique space, making full use of the room with all the units along a single run. The large south facing garden area is situated to the rear, accessed via the double doors in the kitchen area the space is ideal for al-fresco dining in the summer. The shared bathroom can also be found on the lower ground floor.
Bedrooms 1 & 2 are situated on the first floor of the property and are each equipped with comfortable double beds designed by the owner of the house. Bedroom 1 has a stylish ensuite bathroom attached. The master bedroom occupies the entirety of the second floor/loft.
