Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
My initial room was on the top floor and the light wasn’t working, it felt very humid and dusty and gave me allergies. People via email and reception were nice and sorted out a different room in the ground floor which was a bit better - however it feel is like there is no alignment between reception and the email contact given through Expedia. Key to enter the building stopped working on my second day and had to request access via email and they shared a code. Building is located super close to Waterloo station which is a big plus. But overall I wouldn’t recommend staying there.
