Nice modern hotel in a convenient location

Nice modern hotel located in a convenient area of London. Staff are friendly. Only one negative thing - water cooler is located on the ground floor and only one water bottle in the room. This means we need to keep coming down from the top floor to refill our bottles! It will be convenient if you can provide water fountain on every floor.

This was a great Hotel I have been to London many times and I have used several hotels this shall definitely be the one I shall use from now on. The area has lots of restaurants and the shopping mall is great. The transport is excellent and easy access to Central London.

Excellent hotel

Lovely hotel, very clean, spacious room and a quiet hotel. Excellent location if you want to be right near westfields shopping centre. Breakfast was good could help yourself to as much as you wanted, you could also ask the chef to cook you things such as poach egg. My only moan about the hotel which is very minor, there were little glass windows between the bedroom and bathroom which meant if you get up in the night for the toilet it does unfortunately light up the bedroom disturbing the other persons sleep. This wouldnt put me off staying again would definitely recommend this hotel.

Such a shame the room was SO SO warm

Visually this is a lovely hotel, and it’s very clean! However the rooms are SO warm, mine didn’t have a window and the aircon only goes to 18 at lowest which I couldn’t feel at all in my room, leaving me to believe it didn’t work. I had to call reception at 2am for a fan to try get any sleep. The other thing I’d say is the evening food menu is extremely limited, only very unhealthy options and only about 5 choices. Which wasn’t great when away for work and wanting to eat at the hotel. The gym was good!

Perfect, stayed here the night of the Coldplay gig. It wasn’t too bad leaving Wembley to get back to Stratford and shortened our journey home late at night. Great location to access shopping at Westfield. Fab staff, checked us in early as there was a room available. Everyone so friendly and helpful, can’t fault a thing!

We stayed here after attending a nearby gig, and it was genuinely a lovely experience. The hotel has a contemporary aesthetic, it’s incredibly clean, and the rooms have everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay (heaps of plug sockets, huge bed, effective sound/light proofing, very spacious and entirely enclosed bathroom). Most notably, every single member of staff we spoke with was exceptional. Truly warm and welcoming, and a huge credit to the brand.
