House Rules:-

- No smoking
- Not suitable for pets
- No parties or events
- Guests are expected to be respectful, clean and tidy whilst in occupancy.
- Only guests who successfully pass ID verification will be considered.
- Guests are respectfully and politely asked to remove their shoes in the property in order to preserve the new flooring and carpeting.
- No laundry to be aired on display in or on the windows / doors of the apartment.
- All guests must respectfully return the property in a clean and tidy condition and collate all rubbish into a neatly tied rubbish bag for collection.
